HHBA Beach Party

Bring your family and friends as we celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary together at the beach. HHBA will provide hot dogs, hamburgers, beer, and water. Feel free to bring a dish to share. Donations always welcome.

About the Boat Parade

Lake Hopatcong’s America 250 celebration includes decorated boats, sailing vessels, kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards. HHBA will gather at the beach starting at noon to watch the celebration from shore.

11:00 AM: Boat parade kicks off in front of Nolan’s Point. Boats should gather in Great Cove by 10:45 AM.
11:30 AM: All Fleet Sail from Bertrand Island to Halsey Island. Sailing vessels gather in front of LHYC at 11:15 AM.
12:00 PM: Paddler Flotilla gathers north of Lakeshore Village, just past LHYC.
